Refund Policy

VoxFlow Note is a subscription service provided by JRB Tele Services Pvt Ltd at $1 per month. We aim to deliver reliable, high-quality transcription and summarization on every voice note.

If you experience a service issue or are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment by contacting support@jrbeleservices.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
